AGREEMENT

DOGGY CAMP, PRIVATE LESSONS, PRIVATE INSTINCT TESTING

As marked below, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, and for the valuable consideration as set forth, the parties executing this Agreement hereby agree as follows:

Camp Attendees and Participants: Put an "X" on all applicable below

__ PRIVATE DOGGY CAMP: $500/day (no dog limitation) - two people maximum

__ EXTRA DOGS: $20/dog

__ INSTINCT TESTING (free to doggy camp attendees): $25.00 (Certificate to be issued)

__ PRIVATE LESSONS: $50/hour (prorated after first hour to one half hour increments)

HOTELS/MOTELS

MANDATORY INFORMATION required for dogs in attendance:

NOTE: Attendees and participants understand that any dog in attendance must be in good health, up-to-date on vaccinations, have flea & tick protection if coming from an invested area, and dogs must not have been in contact with any communicable disease within the past 30 days prior to camp. Shopes reccommend all dogs have the rattler vaccine as there are rattlers on the ranch from time to time. The terrain at camp can be rough if working stock; wear appropriate foot attire. Shopes recommend bringing doggy boots and using them the first day if your dog has soft pads. Altitude is around 6500' and sun protection is wise for both human and dog. Bring a crate or covered portapen for your dog. Weather is unpredictable and wind can be brutal periodically. Bring ear protection and dress in layers. Mud boots might come in handy. If you bring tarps or tents, be sure you secure them well (t-poles are recommended). Video taping is allowed; you must do your own videotaping. If you'd like to view any footage, bring your own cables in case ours are not compatible.

INSUFFICIENT CHECKS will result in a $35 fee. Any and all legal means will be used to collect.

BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT: Should either party below feel there is a breach of this Agreement, suit may only be brought in the county and state of Shopes' residence. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing and agreed to by all parties herein named.

THIS AGREEMENT shall be in full force and effect on the date executed by Shopes below. All terms and conditions stated herein, upon execution by all parties named below, shall be applicable not only to the parties signing below but also to their heirs and assigns.

CAMP ATTENDEES, PARTICIPANTS AND GUESTS:

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I (or we as applicable hereinafter), my (or our as applicable hereinafter) assigns and my heirs by this my directive and by my signature to this Agreement, agree to hold harmless Legends Three Pine Ranch & Australian Shepherds, LLC, Steve and Anne Shope plus their assigns and heirs plus instructors (collectively herein "Shopes"), from any and all liability, injury or death to me or my dog or those in my charge, from loss of or injury to any personal possessions or property including any vehicle in my charge, from any illness or injury or damage, incurred by me or to me or my dog while in attendance, participating in or observing any camps, events, trials, practices, matches, lessons, or testing on the Premises defined as the 480 acres owned by the Shopes. I understand it is my responsibility to keep my dog in control at all times, quiet, crated or on lead when not in the arena or otherwise directed for perforamcne or conformation lesson. I understand I am responsible for watering, feeding, and picking up after my dog. I further understand that the terrain on the ranch can be rough, weather can be harsh at times, and insects and poisonous snakes are present and agree to hold harmeless Shopes should any injury or bite occur on the Premises. I understand stock, fencing and terrain can be unpredicatable and I take full responsibility for any action or inaction on my dog's or my part for any subsequent injury that might occur to me or my dog or those in attendance with me as a result of particpating or observing while on the Premises. I take full responsibility and hold harmless Shopes for my dog's actions or inactions at all times and any other dog's actions or inactions in attendance or present on the Premises. If I am under the age of eighteen, my parents or guardian agree to all terms above and will execute this Agreement along with me.
